The pathways also wind through the ruins of the former sugar plantation, which the resort is restoring. Two beaches are adjacent to the hotel, and a third is a short walk away.

Beef Island Airport (EIS): Approximate driving time to the ferry dock is 20–25 minutes, the ferry ride is 20 minutes, and the drive from the ferry to the resort is another 20–30 minutes.
Travel directions from Beef Island Airport: Prior to arrival, guests can call Nail Bay Resort to arrange pick-up, using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.
If arranged, courtesy staff on hand at the airport will help guests catch a bus to the North Sound Express ferry (which travels from Beef Island to Virgin Gorda dock in Spanish Town) and transportation from the ferry to the resort. Fees may apply for transportation.

Please note cancellation policy:
Written notice must be received at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival; a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations made 39 days or less will forfeit the cost of the entire stay. Cancellations for the December holiday season must be received by October 1 in order to receive a refund.
No refunds are offered for late arrivals or early departures.
If a refund is forfeited, partial or full credit towards a future stay may be offered, at the hotel's discretion.
A hotel representative will meet guests at either the ferry dock or the airport and provide transportation to the hotel (surcharge). Please contact the hotel after booking to make arrangements
