Hotel Information: This quiet resort attracts leisure travelers seeking a moderately-priced holiday on St. Kitts. Because the hotel is located on a narrow peninsula between the Caribbean and the Atlantic, guests have access to two beaches. A quarter-mile-long sand strip is lapped by the calm Caribbean next to the resort, while a four-mile stretch of sand runs along the rougher Atlantic side, one mile away.
Amenity highlights: The Caribbean beach side of the resort is where guests find vendors renting water sports equipment such as snorkeling gear, small sailboats, windsurfers, boogie boards, and kayaks. The hotel's freshwater pool is terraced into Timothy Hill and overlooks the beach. A computer in the lobby provides high-speed Internet access (surcharge).

Room Descriptions
This resort offers 60 guestrooms in four, three-story pastel-turquoise buildings with outside staircases (no elevators). All rooms feature furnished balconies or patios with views of the Caribbean Sea or Timothy Hill, a steep green slope behind the resort. Tropical decor includes tile floors, pastel-colored walls, and rattan and wicker furniture. Rooms are cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans. |

Driving directions from Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport: Take Kim Collins Hwy to Frigate Bay Rd. Turn left onto Frigate Bay and head south to the hotel. The hotel is on the right side.
Getting there: The easiest way is by taxi (US$5–15.) Rental cars are available online and should be pre-arranged (more than US$36.) Fees subject to change without notice.
Getting around: Guests can walk to the beach and to numerous shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Taxi fare into Basseterre is US$5–15. Ferries leave daily from Basseterre to Charlestown on Nevis for US$5–15 one-way. Driving is on the left side of the road.
Activities
A water sports center on the beach adjacent to the resort rents snorkeling gear, small sailboats, windsurfers, boogie boards, and kayaks. Guests may also arrange fishing and snorkeling trips through the water sports center. Across the street from the resort, the 18-hole Royal St. Kitts Golf Course is flanked by both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel staff can assist with arranging tee times.
Brimstone Hill, a 38-acre reserve 11 miles from the hotel, contains the ruins of an early 18th-century fort built by British colonizers to protect their slave and sugar industries. Visitors may wander through the ruins and enjoy ocean views from the 800-foot bluff, known as the "Gibraltar of the West Indies."
