Getting around: This hotel is in Old Town, an area that mixes commercial with residential streets. Many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, historic sites, and other tourist attractions are within a radius of a few blocks. Guests can walk to the Old Town Transit Center four blocks away to catch both trolleys and buses and connect to Coaster (commuter rail service.) One-way bus, trolley, and Coaster fares are less than $5. Water taxis travel around San Diego Bay, stopping at various points depending on passenger request; most one-way fares are $5–15; reservations preferred.
