Getting there: The Leonardo Express train leaves the airport every 30 minutes for Romes Termini train station. A single ticket costs 9.50 and the journey takes 35 minutes. Driving directions:From the airport, head in the direction of the city centre passing through Via Cristoforo Colombo and the forum, and heading for Termini Station. Take Via XX Settembre and then Via Flavia for the hotel.
Getting around: The historic city centre is easily negotiated on foot with many attractions clustered together. Rome's efficient integrated public transport network consists of buses, trams, metro (underground), and suburban trains. Tickets should be bought before boarding and are available from ATAC ticket machines and all tobacconists. A single ticket costs 1, is valid for 75 minutes, and covers unlimited bus journeys and one metro trip. Driving is not recommended for visitors.
