A two-level complex above Sosúa Bay features two irregularly shaped pools, measuring 18.25m (60-ft) and 13.75m (45-ft). Also located above the bay is a secluded 10-person spa tub. Adjacent their clubhouse, children have their own 6m (20-ft) pool and eight-person spa tub.

Sosúa Bay Beach extends 1 km (0.75 mi) west of the hotel, with the hotel's beach frontage on the eastern end measuring 20m (22 yds). Lounge chairs are available in this section.
