This hotel offers 98 junior suites in two three-story buildings (no elevators). Tropical-style accommodations features tile floors, green rattan furniture, and floral fabrics. Suites were renovated in 2007 and include a separate sitting area furnished with double sofa beds, two-chair dining sets, and televisions offering U.S. cable channels. The hotel maintains permanent sun shades and lounge chairs on Grace Bay Beach, 300 yards away, where the powdery sand is nearly as white as sugar. A water-sports center on the beach rents snorkeling gear, kayaks, Hobie Cat sailboats, boogie boards, and motor boats. The center also arranges banana-boating and parasailing off the beach and Jet Skiing (with shuttle service) off another beach.
A dive shop in the Ports of Call shopping center adjacent to the hotel offers snorkeling and scuba-diving trips to reefs and wrecks, as well as instruction, including resort-course lessons in the hotel's pool.
The Provo Golf Club is one mile east of the hotel. An 18-hole miniature-golf course is adjacent to the golf club.
