Driving directions from Newark: Follow signs to take US 1/US 9 north to I-95 (New Jersey Tpke) north (toll road). Decor features Italian marble accents, ebony and gold leaf moldings, and muted tones of burgundy, rose, and green. Signature dishes include Maine Lobster Cannelloni with White Lobster Froth, Modesto Valley Squab Roasted on Fetzer Vineyard Oak Plank, and Moroccan Crusted Salmon.
Afternoon tea service, created by The Mark's tea master, includes a choice of the Strawberry Cream Tea with strawberries and crème chantilly, the Mark Tea, the Mandarin Tea with fragrant Chinese teas and Chinese pastries, and the Dynasty Tea, featuring dim sum.
