Le Centre Sheraton Montreal offers an indoor lap pool, sauna, spa tub, and fitness room on the sixth floor. The fitness center has stair machines, treadmills, exercycles, weight machines, a TV, and windows overlooking the garden terrace and the city. Lockers are available and a Trinidadian parrot named Cécile and her human companion attend the lap pool from early morning to late night.
