Two miles from McCarran Airport, the Luxor Hotel is four miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center and within six miles of downtown.
A 12,000-square-foot health spa — called Nurture, Spa at Luxor — includes men's and women's relaxation lounges, saunas, steam rooms, and spa tubs (surcharges). The spa's fitness center contains cardio and weight machines, free weights, and plasma TVs. An expansive pool complex is open seasonally.
In addition to a fine-dining steakhouse, the hotel offers a 24-hour café, lounge, a food court, three Starbucks, and Mexican, Pan-Asian, and buffet restaurants.

Getting there: Taxis cost $5–$15. Shuttle vans cost less than taxis, but stop at multiple hotels. Car rentals are available online.
Getting Around: With a stop within a quarter-mile of the Luxor Hotel and Casino, the Las Vegas Monorail ($5 for one ride) operates along the resort corridor, connecting hotels, casinos, and the convention center. The Las Vegas Strip Trolley (less than $5) operates along the Strip and to the convention center. Taxis and buses are also available.

Nurture, Spa at Luxor offers a wide menu of treatments and services (surcharges), such as Warm Buttered Stone Massage, teeth whitening, and Escape to Sonoma, with a wine body wrap and grape-seed oil massage. Specific treatments for men and for guests in a hurry are available. This health spa provides saunas, spa tubs, steam rooms, and a fitness center with free weights and cardio and strength-training equipment (surcharge).
A five-acre pool complex include two seasonal pools, two spa tubs, and rental cabanas with refrigerators, TVs, phones, cushioned lounge chairs, ceiling fans, and cooling mist systems.
The South Seas-themed Bali Hai Golf Club is four miles away, and the 18-hole courses at Desert Pines Golf Club and Royal Links Golf Club are both within 10 miles.
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, 22 miles away, provides rock climbing, biking and hiking trails, and scenic drives.
