Driving directions from Florence Airport: From the airport, follow the signs for the city center until the Arno River, from here, follow the signs for Ponte Vecchio. Continue down Lungarno Vespucci until you arrive at Piazza Ognissanti.
The airport is a short taxi ride from town, although it is also possible to take the half-hourly bus, which transports passengers to Santa Maria Novella Station in the center of Florence.
The hotel is located one km from the old city center of Florence, which is no more than 1.5 km across. All major attractions are located there, and walking is advised as public transportation is unreliable, and taxis are scarce.
