Hotel Information: Vacationing guests enter through an elevated portico, where there is a commanding view of the hotel's grounds, vast garden and pool deck; white sands, and turquoise sea. All Aqua Cancun visitors are greeted with chilled hand towels and a cool beverage. Lounge music and waterfalls add to the subdued and stylish atmosphere; a massive torch glows on the pool deck, come evening.
Amenity highlights: Guests can enjoy sunbathing on the beach, which is dotted with lounge chairs and beach cabanas. A valet equipped with magazines, chilled towels, snacks, and drinks is available to guests on the pool deck. The hotel's spa offers a wide variety of therapeutic treatments, including massage and hydrotherapy.
Insider tip: Announced by the squawking of scarlet macaws, sunrise Tai Chi or yoga is offered on the beach every morning. Even children have access to yoga as it is one of several supervised activities.
Property Amenities
Across the street from La Isla's shops, the Aqua Cancun is also two miles from the Cancun Convention Center. The resort offers eight swimming pools, three restaurants, private beachfront cabanas, outdoor massage huts, a health club, business center, and meeting facilities. The on-site spa offers therapies such as include chocolate body wraps and avocado-and-lime skin treatments.
Beach “furnishings” include lounge chairs and cabanas. On the pool deck, a valet is at the ready with magazines, chilled towels, snacks, and drinks. At night, the pool bar is transformed into a beach-side lounge with glowing lights and cabana seating. In-room therapies include massages and hydrotherapy sessions.
