Hotel Information: Completely renovated in 2006, Cancún Palace continues to offer a variety of daily activities and nighttime entertainment with a spa for even more relaxation. Couples represent most of the guests when children are in school. Families arrive during school holidays.

Amenity highlights: This Cancún beach resort provides a large freeform pool that has two sections with swim-up bars for adults and a center section set aside for children. Children also have their own wading pool.

The spa offers treatments in private rooms, including the couples suites, or in two outdoor palapas. (surcharges). Sauna and steam rooms in the hair salon are complimentary.

Cancún Palace guestrooms have balconies with views of the Caribbean Sea or the Nichupté Lagoon. The decor is modern and minimalist, with marble floors, two chairs, a small table, and in-room jetted tubs for two people. Rooms also have marble bathrooms with showers and designer toiletries.

• Take airport access road going east and follow signs to Zona Resortera.
• Proceed north on Boulevard Kukulcán, the main street extending along Cancún Island.
• The Cancún Palace All Inclusive is located on the right approximately 500 meters (547 yards) past the Km 15 marker.

Getting there: Shared vans ($5–$15) and authorized taxis (more than $36) transport guests from the airport to the hotel. Rental cars are available online.

Getting around: The hotel is located on Boulevard Kukulcán, the main street extending the length of Cancún Island. Public buses costing less than US$1 and operate 24 hours a day along Boulevard Kukulcán through the hotel zone to downtown Cancún on the mainland. Taxi rates are determined by zone, with a minimum fare of approximately US$5–$15.

Cancún Palace offers a large freeform pool with a central section for children and adult sections (with swim-up pools) at either end, a fitness center, sauna and steam rooms, and a spa (surcharges for spa treatments). Other facilities for children include a wading pool and a complimentary kids/teen club for ages 4–17.

The resort's beachfront extends 200 meters (219 yards) alongside the bright, turquoise Caribbean Sea. Land sports include a tennis court. Non-motorized water sports are provided at the Sun Palace and the Wet ‘n Wild Park marinas.

AquaWorld, an independently operated marina located 1 km (0.5 mi) away on Nichupté Lagoon offers a variety of water sports, including parasailing, personal watercraft, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling that are not part of the All-Inclusive Plan and must be paid for separately.
